We hope you love what you ordered, but if it doesn’t work out, we’ve got your back. Here’s what you need to know about refunds:

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, refunds are issued within 14 days. Your bank may take 3–5 business days to reflect it.

How Will I Be Refunded?

Refunds are sent to your original payment method — whether that’s a credit card, PayPal, or another processor.

Are There Any Deductions?

Original shipping charges aren’t refunded. If the return wasn’t our fault, we may deduct return shipping costs from your refund.
